Dutch for non-Dutch for Starters and Au Pairs Leidner Laren

Op dinsdag 30 september 2025 om 20.30 uur start in het Brinkhuis in Laren de cursus Dutch for non-Dutch for Starters and Au Pairs Leidner van de Volksuniversiteit het Gooi. De cursus bestaat uit 22 sessies van 1,5 uur, de kosten zijn € 385,00 plus € 20,00 materiaalkosten.

After 30 years teaching the Dutch language and literature at a secondary school, now  I enjoy teaching Dutch for the non-Dutch who reside in our country. When you come from abroad and live in The Netherlands it is important that you feel at home as soon as possible. Speaking and understanding the language is a great help. Even if you make some mistakes, you will be as proud as can be!

That is where this course is for: in a small group you will learn to speak, to understand and to read the Dutch language. Conversations about living in Holland and everyday life, such as shopping, health, travelling, together with some grammar will help you to make yourself understood.

You do not need to buy a textbook; the teacher will provide the teaching materials.Therefore the Volksuniversiteit will charge you € 20, to be paid cash to the teacher at the first lesson.
